I cannot complete the registration process
Popup windows are used to complete the registration process.
You should disable Popup Blockers while registering and enable them again afterwards.

I did not receive a 'confirmation email' or 'I am not receiving email' from the school
First, check your spamfilter either in your mail program or via your webmail. If it is in here you can add to 'trusted senders' list. If this is not possible (webmail ONLY), e-mail the webmaster & we will send you a solution as the mail is being blocked by your own email provider, mail administrator or ISP.
