Fair Processing under the Data Protection Act

Please find attached a copy of a revised Fair processing Notice which all schools are required to send to all parents of pupils under the age of 12.

This year the DCSF has broken the Fair Processing Notice into three 'layers'. Layer One (attached) is a brief one-page notice. Layer Two is a more detailed explanation about the organisations that have access to information and the uses they make of it. Layer Three is the full Fair Processing Notice. Layer Two and Three are available on the school website www.christchurchcejunior.ik.org. Hard copies are available from the school office if you contact Mrs Pemberton in advance.
